As a Nationally Board-Certified Holistic Wellness Coach, I empower clients to manage stress and overwhelm by integrating mindful practices into their daily routines. Drawing from my background in psychology, meditation, and yoga, I offer practical strategies to help clients build resilience, develop self-compassion, and enhance emotional well-being.
I have had the privilege of coaching more than 100 clients through a wide range of life transitions. My practice is diverse, working with clients from various age groups and life stages, each bringing their unique experiences, challenges, and goals.
My coaching approach is rooted in evidence-based techniques and a deep commitment to supporting clients as they navigate life’s pivotal moments and unlock new possibilities for growth and fulfillment.

I became a holistic wellness coach because I know firsthand what it’s like to fall victim to an unhelpful cycle of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. For years, I felt stuck in unhealthy relationships and an unsatisfying career. I struggled with anxiety and overwhelm, and I often found that I lacked the time and energy to commit to exercising and eating right.
I understand firsthand how difficult it can be for my clients to commit to themselves when life feels so busy and demanding. That is why I have made it my mission to help others who can relate to my story. I make the coaching process enjoyable, even during challenging times, offering support that’s both practical and encouraging.
I specialize in guiding clients through life transitions, improving time management, optimizing daily functioning, and strengthening communication skills to navigate uncertainty with confidence.
With experience in healthcare, the tech industry, education, and non-profit sectors, I also work with leaders and high performers to increase their influence, foster better team engagement, and create a more positive and productive work environment.
