I sought out Sarah’s support during a time in which I was really struggling and felt completely lost. The first time I met with Sarah, we instantly connected. She is an incredibly personable, patient, and understanding coach. I participated in a 3-month coaching program, and it was transformative for me. Sarah helped me to work through the discomfort of talking about my emotions by letting me lead the conversations and then offering guidance along the way. We structured goals around finding the things that make me happy in life and then built a plan to make those things a priority. Her coaching provided the structure and reliability that I needed to rebuild trust and confidence in myself. By the end of my time with Sarah, I felt like myself again.
